So now we officially make an excellent cup of coffee - not that there was any doubt there!

Overall, the standard was very high, and as we've only been up and running 6 months, we were just hoping that we weren't going to get placed last!  First place went to Jim Hoffmann of La Spaziale who beat our score by a huge margin - a lovely guy and someone who lives and breathes coffee.  He goes on to represent the UK in the world championships in Switzerland in May.  Thrid place went to Anna Tikey.  A mention should also go to Se Gorman of Cafe Krem in Northern Ireland who would undoubtedly have been placed much higher if he'd remembered all his kit!
